Professional Yacht Services guarantees workmanship, but is not responsible for vinyl enclosures, equipment mounted on radar arches, hard tops, bimini tops, or pulpits (spotlights, radars, antennas, etc.), acts of nature (i.e. heavy snowfalls, high winds, mold/mildew), shrink wrap that has been cut into, &/or poorly maintained boats or boat parts. Snow removal may be necessary on shrink wrapped boats under certain conditions. Professional Yacht Services cannot accept responsibility for issues arising on painted vessels due to shrink wrapping, or how materials on your vessel will react to being in contact with shrink wrap or the shrink wrap process. *
